Could you get NDIS support? Find out where you stand.

Applying to the NDIS is confusing, and most people put it off because they don't know if they'd even qualify. This free check walks you through the questions that actually matter — age, residency, your condition and how it affects daily life — and gives you an honest picture of where you stand, with a real person ready to help you take the next step.

1

Tell us about your situation

A proper set of plain-English questions across five parts — the same criteria the NDIA actually assesses: age, residency, permanence, evidence, and impact on daily life.

2

Get an honest indication

We show you whether eligibility looks likely, possible, or unlikely — and why. No sugar-coating, no guarantees.

3

A real person helps you next

Your result goes to We Are Care, a registered NDIS provider, who can talk you through applying or getting support started.

Two ways to check — both free

Some people prefer to work through it themselves; others would rather just talk it out. Either way you get an honest indication and a real person to help next.

Plenty of sites promise they'll "get you approved." We won't, because nobody can. Here's what we actually commit to instead.

Questions people ask us

Straight answers, because that's the whole point of this site.

Is this an official NDIS decision?
No — and anyone who tells you otherwise isn't being straight with you. Only the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) can decide who gets access to the NDIS. This check is a general guide based on the publicly available access criteria, so you know where you likely stand before you apply.
If my result is positive, am I guaranteed to get the NDIS?
No. A positive result means your answers line up well with the access criteria — it improves your confidence to apply, but the NDIA's decision depends on your full application and evidence. We're upfront about that at every step.
Why do you ask for my contact details?
The check is free because it's provided by We Are Care, a registered NDIS provider. Your details let us send you your result and have a real person follow up to help — whether that's applying, gathering evidence, or starting support. Your information is handled under the Australian Privacy Principles and never sold.
What if I'm 65 or older?
The NDIS generally supports people who apply before turning 65. If that's you, government-funded aged care is usually the right path — and the check will tell you so honestly. We Are Care provides in-home aged care support as well, so you won't be left without a next step.
What if I don't have a diagnosis yet?
You can still take the check. Evidence matters a lot to the NDIA, so if you don't have formal reports yet, your result will say so and we can point you toward what's usually needed.
